At Bella & Row, we collect only what we need to run our store, we never sell your data, and we don't spam you.

What we collect

When you order or use our website, we collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address, plus your email if you subscribe to our newsletter and any messages you send us. Payment details are handled securely by our payment providers and are never stored by us. We also collect basic browsing data through cookies.

How we use it

We use your details to process and deliver your orders and to send order confirmations, shipping updates and tracking. These go to every customer as part of fulfilling your order, not as marketing. We only send marketing emails if you subscribe to our newsletter, and you can unsubscribe anytime. Placing an order does not add you to our marketing list.

Who we share it with

We never sell or trade your data. We only share it with the services we need to run the store: Shopify (hosting and orders), our payment providers, Australia Post (delivery), and Google (analytics and ads, below).

Analytics and ads

We use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Merchant Center to understand how our site is used and to show our products. These use cookies to collect anonymised browsing data. They don't get access to your order details or messages. You can opt out through Google's Ads Settings.

Your data and your rights

Your data is stored securely through Shopify. You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Just email shop@bellaandrow.com.au.

Kids

We make clothes for kids, but our site is intended for adults. Orders must be placed by a parent or guardian.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with a new date.
