Welcome to Bella & Row. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of our website, bellaandrow.com.au ("Site"), and any purchase you make through it. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

1. About Us


Bella & Row is an Australian kids clothing label. We design, test and hand decorate our pieces in Australia and release them in small, limited seasonal capsules. All references to "we", "us" and "our" in these Terms refer to Bella & Row.

2. Use of the Site


You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- use the Site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected systems;
- copy, scrape or reproduce content from the Site for commercial purposes without our written permission;
- use the Site to transmit any harmful code, spam or unsolicited material.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time without notice, including for maintenance or security reasons.

3. Products & Limited Stock


Our products are made in small runs and are hand decorated. This means:
- stock is genuinely limited, and once a capsule or size sells out it may not be restocked;
- minor variations in embroidery, placement, colour or finish may occur between individual pieces - these are a natural part of hand decorated garments and are not considered faults;
- colours shown on the Site may vary slightly from the physical product due to screen settings and photography.

We do our best to keep product information, sizing charts and availability accurate, but errors can occur. If a product you have ordered was listed with incorrect information or is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a replacement, store credit or full refund.

4. Pricing & Payment


All prices on the Site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time without notice; the price that applies to your order is the price displayed at checkout at the time you place it.

Payment is processed securely at checkout through our third party payment providers, and we do not store your full payment card details. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where a pricing or listing error has clearly occurred.

5. Orders


When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including where:
- stock is unavailable or was oversold;
- we suspect the order is fraudulent or made in bulk for resale;
- there was an error in pricing or product information.

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery


We ship within Australia. Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates only, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or other events outside our control.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout; we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly supplied address. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Faulty Items


Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Faulty items: if your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your consumer law rights.

Change of mind: because our runs are small and stock is limited, change of mind returns are offered at our discretion. Where accepted, items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original condition. Return shipping for change of mind is at your cost, and refunds may be issued as store credit.

Minor variations in hand decorated details, as described in Section 3, are not faults and are not grounds for a faulty item claim.

8. Product Safety & Care


Our garments are designed for children and made to be worn hard, but adult supervision is recommended for young children wearing any clothing with decorative elements. Please follow the care instructions on each garment. Damage caused by incorrect washing, drying or care is not covered as a fault.

9. Intellectual Property


All content on the Site, including the Bella & Row name, logo, designs, embroidery artwork, photography, product descriptions and written content, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

10. Gift Cards & Discount Codes


Discount codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated, have no cash value and may have expiry dates or conditions attached. We may withdraw or modify promotional offers at any time. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed.

11. Privacy


We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). By using the Site you consent to that handling. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and how we use it.

12. Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject always to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law:
- we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products;
- our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order;
- we are not responsible for the content of any third party websites linked from the Site.

13. Events Outside Our Control


We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where that delay or failure is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, supplier issues, natural disasters or government restrictions. We will keep you informed and take reasonable steps to minimise any impact on your order.

1. Are minor variations in my clothing considered defects?

No. Because items are made in small runs and hand-decorated, slight variations in embroidery, placement, finish, or color are natural characteristics of the piece, not defects. Colors may also look slightly different depending on your screen settings.
2. What is your policy on "Change of Mind" returns?

Since stock is limited, change-of-mind returns are offered at Bella & Row's discretion. If accepted:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and refunds may be issued as store credit.
3. Can I apply a discount code after placing an order?

No. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to an existing order. Additionally, promo codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, have no cash value, and may expire.
4. Can Bella & Row cancel my order after I've placed it?

Yes. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, but Bella & Row reserves the right to cancel or decline an order if:

  • Stock is unavailable or oversold.
  • An error occurred in pricing or product details.
  • The order is suspected to be fraudulent or intended for bulk resale.

If an order is canceled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
5. Does purchasing a garment give me the right to use the designs or artwork?

No. All branding, photography, text, and original embroidery artwork are the intellectual property of Bella & Row. Buying a piece does not transfer any ownership rights, and you may not reproduce or use any designs for commercial purposes without written consent.
