Bella & Row Terms & Conditions Summary

By browsing or purchasing from bellaandrow.com.au ("Site"), you agree to these Terms. The version active at checkout applies to your order.

1. About & Site Use

Bella & Row designs and hand-decorates limited kids' clothing capsules in Australia. You agree to use the Site lawfully and agree not to scrape content, transmit malware, or attempt unauthorized access.

2. Products & Stock

  • Limited Runs: Items are made in small runs and may not be restocked once sold out.

  • Hand-Decorated Variations: Minor variations in embroidery, color, or placement are natural and are not considered faults.

  • Errors: If an item is listed incorrectly or unavailable, we will contact you for a replacement, store credit, or full refund.

3. Pricing, Payments, & Orders

  • Pricing: All prices are in AUD and include GST. Prices can change without notice.

  • Order Acceptance: Your order is accepted only when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Cancelled orders will receive a full refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Australia. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Bella & Row is not responsible for courier delays, weather issues, or orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Nothing overrides your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

  • Faulty Items: Contact us immediately with photos and your order number for a repair, replacement, or refund per your ACL rights.

  • Change of Mind: Offered strictly at our discretion. Items must be returned at your cost within 14 days of delivery in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Refunds may be issued as store credit.

6. Safety, Care, & Intellectual Property

  • Care: Adult supervision is recommended for garments with decorative elements. Damage from incorrect washing or care is not covered as a fault.

  • IP Rights: All content, photography, and original embroidery designs belong to Bella & Row. Purchasing an item does not transfer any commercial or intellectual property rights.

7. Promos, Liability, & Law

  • Discounts: Promo codes cannot be applied retroactively, cannot be combined unless stated, and hold no cash value.

  • Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.

  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
